Products and Website Information

We work to present product descriptions, images, included items, dimensions, prices, inventory, and delivery estimates accurately. We may correct an error, update information, or cancel and refund an affected order when necessary.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The product price, available shipping charge, applicable tax, and order total are displayed before checkout is completed. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send confirmation and payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, an undeliverable address, or another legitimate operational or legal reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Depending on the item and inventory, orders may be fulfilled from the United States or Guangzhou, China. Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, instructions, shipping responsibility, and refund timing are explained in our Refund Policy. Displayed sale items are not automatically excluded from the standard return policy.
