Do you sell American Mahjong or Chinese Mahjong?

We focus on American Mahjong products, commonly played with jokers, racks, the Charleston pass, and a current-year card.

What is included with each set?

Tile counts and included pieces vary by design. Please review the bullet list and product images on each product page before ordering. Accessories such as racks, pushers, carrying cases, and current-year cards are included only when specifically listed.

Are jokers included?

Our American Mahjong sets include joker tiles. The exact number of jokers and total tile count are listed on each product page.

Are these sets suitable for beginners?

Yes. New players may also need four racks and a current official American Mahjong card if those items are not listed with the selected set.

Where do products ship from?

Depending on the product and available inventory, orders may ship from our fulfillment location in the United States or from Guangzhou, China. Shipping origin can vary by item and order.

How long does U.S. delivery take?

After 1–3 business days of processing, orders shipped from our U.S. location are estimated to arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders shipped from Guangzhou, China are estimated to arrive in 12–18 business days. Carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, and holidays can affect delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We will email tracking information after your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Email kartikadaigy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Refund Policy and contact us before sending an item back.

How should I care for Mahjong tiles?

Wipe tiles gently with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking, heat, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store the tiles in their original packaging or a suitable case when not in use.
