Do you sell American mahjong sets?
Yes. Our collection is dedicated to products for American mahjong. Each product page will state exactly what is included.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Guangzhou, China.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks after order confirmation. Customs, carriers, holidays, and weather can affect timing.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more. Any shipping charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Will I pay import duties?
U.S. duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees may apply to goods shipped from China. Unless checkout expressly says they are included, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. We do help with products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from the listing, or incomplete.
What if my order arrives damaged?
