American Mahjong accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Sale and clearance items are eligible under the same return conditions; a displayed sale price does not make an item automatically non-returnable.

Opened or used Mahjong sets, and items damaged through misuse or normal wear, are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit your rights for an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

How to Request a Return

Email kartikadaigy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the request. Please do not send an item before receiving return authorization. After approval, we will email the correct return address and packing instructions for that order.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for an eligible change-of-mind return. American Mahjong pays reasonable return shipping costs when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete because of our error. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refund Timing

After the return is received and inspected, we will email the approval or rejection decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
