We want you to be completely satisfied with your American Mahjong set. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used Mahjong sets
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
