Delivery Area

American Mahjong currently accepts and ships orders only to delivery addresses within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States may be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Origin

Our Mahjong sets ship from our fulfillment location in Guangzhou, China.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Cost and Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping to U.S. delivery addresses is free.

Estimated arrival is 8–15 days from the order date, including processing time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address issues, and peak periods may affect delivery.

Tracking

We will email a tracking number after your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for the first carrier scan or tracking update. This tracking update period is not an additional delivery estimate.

Address Changes

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your package has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery window, email kartikadaigy@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
