Delivery Area

American Mahjong currently accepts and ships orders only to delivery addresses within the United States. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States may be cancelled and refunded.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Origin

Depending on the product and available inventory, an order may ship from our fulfillment location in the United States or from Guangzhou, China. Shipping origin can vary by item and order. Contact us before purchasing if you need to confirm the expected origin.

Estimated Delivery Times

U.S. fulfillment location to a U.S. address: approximately 3–7 business days after processing.
Guangzhou, China to a U.S. address: approximately 12–18 business days after processing.

These are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address problems, and peak periods can affect delivery.

Tracking

We email a tracking number after shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the first carrier scan or tracking update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking does not update for an extended period or the package has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery window, email kartikadaigy@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
