These Terms of Service govern your use of americanmahjong.shop and purchases from American Mahjong Shop. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store and eligibility
Our store is hosted by Shopify. You must provide accurate, current information and be legally capable of entering a purchase contract. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Products and listings
We try to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen and manufacturing batch. Product availability, specifications, packaging, and prices may change before an order is accepted. Images are illustrative only where a listing clearly says so.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We may reject or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Prices, taxes, and import charges
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are shown where available. Goods ship from Guangzhou, China and may attract U.S. duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for those import-related charges.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Damage & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a prompt refund for an unshipped order where required.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, graphics, branding, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to American Mahjong Shop and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
