Where we ship
We currently serve customers in the United States. Orders ship from Guangzhou, China.
Delivery estimate
Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks after your order is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs review, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and address issues can cause delays.
Shipping charges
Orders of US$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges for orders below US$100, if any, are displayed at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Shipments from China may be subject to U.S. import duties, taxes, carrier fees, or customs charges. Unless the checkout or product page expressly states that these charges are included, the customer is responsible for them. Refusing a shipment because of import charges does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch.
Delays and cancellations
If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund to the original payment method.
Incorrect addresses and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us so we can help investigate.
