Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, accidental orders, or items that are no longer wanted. Please review the product description, dimensions, contents, colors, and delivery estimate carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the listing, incorrect, or incomplete, email kartikadaigy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
After review, we may offer an appropriate replacement, replacement part, repair, or refund. Do not send an item back without written authorization. If a return is approved, we will provide the authorized return address and instructions privately. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We may cancel and refund an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Your legal right to cancel an unshipped order because of a shipping delay is not limited by this policy.
Lost shipments
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the order does not arrive within the stated estimate, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. Where a shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the credit appears.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
